Hi Matthew. I’m an artist from Ireland and I’ve made a short documentary for a YouTube channel. I want to use ‘Struttin With Some Barbeque’ by Louis Armstrong but I’m getting a copyright claim from SME, MRC, On behalf of: Classics.
As the track is in the public domain, do you think I have a legitimate reason to dispute this through the Youtube website?
